Peyton Johnston sits across the table from the one and only Taylor Shaw. It is no secret that Shaw has been a force to be reckoned with for some time. Shaw has been on the radar of ZCW for sometime as well. The deal was finally offered once Peyton Johnston gave a tape to ZCW Chairman, Paul Heyman, of Shaw's work. Heyman gave the memon to the President of Womens' Talent Relations, Oktober Roberts, to make the offer. And here we are today. ZCW General Manager, Peyton Johnston, sitting down with Taylor Shaw talking over the future of the thriving company.

So Miss Shaw. You have made it clear that you want to work your way to the top of this company. So far we have five of the top women to ever step into the ring and you will be the sixth. Are you ready to truly fight tooth and nail for the opportunity to be the first ZCW Womens' Champion or are you here to be like the little girls in the other companies that try to sleep their way to the top. Because if you want to try that here, I'll give you a little bit of advice. We have two men in the corporate office. Erik Drake, the President of Men's Talent Relations. He doesn't come to the arenas unless there is something really major going  down on the men's end. Which means he has no "stroke" per say on what happens with the women. Then there is the big dawg Paul Heyman, the Chairman of this company. He has absolutely no interest in having any kind of interaction with the wrestlers unless it is something business related and important. But if you swing more on the female side, you are out of luck there because I am not into women and the Roberts Twins are literally impossible to get a meeting with. So with that being said, if you are here to wrestle and be a force in this industry then welcome aboard. If you want to sleep your way into a spot on the roster, you can walk right back out my door and I will send notice to Miss Roberts prompting your immediate release. The choice is your's Miss Shaw. As of right now, all you have to do is sign that contract and you are apart of the roster or you can walk out and ths meeting never happened.

Peyton Johnston grew a smile upon her face. She was very pleased with what she was hearing from Taylor Shaw regarding her work rate. Peyton Johnston extended her hand and shook Taylor Shaw's hand.

I like the way you handle yourself. Upper management,  as well as myself, are very pleased with you taking interest in wanting to sign on with this company. You will be a vital asset to bringing more top talent to the roster as well as bringing a new style to the ring. I hope you are aware, unless other companies, we only offer the Womens' Championship as far as women are concerned. But that is as of right now. Our Chairman is all for giving the fans as well as his wrestlers the opportunites they deserve. If we are able to get a thriving womens' division, I am sure the fans will be wanting more championships for the women and I know Mister Heyman will deliver. But you need to sign that line right there on the contract before I can even discuss future opportunites with you.

What do I have in mind for you? Well that is a good questions and to be completely honest, I was going to ask you. We, and I do mean we because all talent interactions are recorded for investigative purposes, have heard you say you want to carry the womens' division on your back and be the best Womens' Champion. But how do you plan to get there? Who on the roster do you find to be the biggest threat to your self proclaimed "Goddess" persona? Who do you want to get into the ring with? And I will say again, I am not a wrestler so sorry I am not an option.

Peyton Johnston pondered over what Taylor Shaw had to say. Johnston smiled as she had an idea in mind.

You say you want to be the best this company has to offer? And you want to step into the ring with Erika May? Well. I think I have something you may be interested in. Since there are six women wanting to be the very best. Then I guess I am going to have to make five matches to determine who will be our first Womens' Champion. And the first match I will announce will be you versus Erika May. Winner will advance to get a shot at being the Womens Champion. How does that sound to you?

I would love to be able to go out and destress but due to some rules ade by our Chairman, management is forbidden from mingling with the superstars because it will and could lead to favoritism or basis booking. Mister Heyman fears that if management were to mingle with the superstars that the superstars will start to try to sleep their way to the top. He has seen tis happen in other promotions and he doesn't want it happening here. So in short, I would love to go out for drinks and loosen up but right now, it is forbdden. I am sorry sweetheart.
